In climbing the main purpose of the trip is to reach the summit of a peak. After reaching the base camp, the trip builds up slowly towards the summit. Some climbs are easy with a long walk to the top of the mountain with no mountaineering skills involved. For some trips good mountaineering skills are required and can be highly technical.
EASY CLIMBS
You will have to use basic mountaineering equipment like an ice axe, crampons etc.
A high level of physical fitness is required and prior experience of long or challenging treks will be helpfull.
Members will be exposed to high altitude and extreme temperature for a short period.
MODERATE CLIMBS
A high level of fitness and prior mountaineering experience is required.
Use of advanced mountaineering skills and equipment is required sometimes.
There will be exposure to high altitude and extreme temperature for a long period.
TOUGH CLIMBS
A very high level of physical fitness and good amount of prior mountaineering experience is required.
Use of advanced mountaineering skills and equipment is required. These climbs can be very technical.
There will be exposure to very high altitude and extreme weather for a very long period.
